百会穴治疗抑郁症之探析

摘　　要：近年来随着生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,抑郁症的发病率不断上升,已成为全世界第四大致残疾病而严重影响人类身心健康。中医认为抑郁症的发生与阳气亏虚、脏腑失调、气机不畅有着密切关系。百会穴位居人体之巅,为一身阳气聚集之地,乃“百脉之所会”,具有振奋阳气、调畅气机、调节髓海、调理脏腑等作用。在现代医学中,抑郁症的发病与中枢神经递质代谢异常及相应受体功能改变、神经内分泌系统功能异常等因素有关,百会穴具有改善中枢神经递质代谢异常及相应受体功能、调节神经内分泌系统功能等作用。文章将对百会穴治疗抑郁症的理论及其机制进行探析。In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of work pressure, the incidence of depression is increasing, and it has become the world′s fourth most disabling disease and seriously affects human physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of depression has a close relationship with Yang deficiency, Zang-Fu organs disorders and Qi stagnation.Baihui(DU20) is located at the top of the human body.It is the place where Yang Qi is gathered.It is the “place of the meridians”,and has the functions of inspiring Yang Qi, regulating Qi, adjusting marrow sea and regulating Zang-Fu organs.In modern medicine, the incidence of depression is related to the abnormal metabolism of central neurotransmitter and the functional changes of the corresponding receptors, the functional abnormalities of the neuroendocrine system and other factors.Baihui(DU20) can improve the abnormal metabolism of central neurotransmitter and the function of the corresponding receptors, and regulate the function of the neuroendocrine system.This paper explored the theory and mechanism of Baihui(DU20) in the treatment of depression.
