美沙拉嗪口服与灌肠配合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨美沙拉嗪口服与灌肠配合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 研究起止时间为2021年1月至2022年7月,从滨州市第二人民医院消化内科抽取溃疡性结肠炎患者200例。对照组使用美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入锡粉进行灌肠治疗。参考相关标准评价两组的临床疗效。记录两组血脓便、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应的发生率。比较两组患者ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达水平的变化情况。通过结肠镜检查检查结果评估溃疡性结肠癌的复发情况。结果 观察组总有效率为97.00%,高于对照组(76.00%),P <0.05;观察组和对照组的不良反应总发生率分别为5.00%和21.00%。处理后,观察组ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组复发率分别为7.00%和24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用口服的美沙拉秦联合灌肠能够减少溃疡性结肠炎患者的复发率与不良反应发生的概率,提升疗效,降低炎症的情况,并减少ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达程度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral mesalazine combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods The study was conducted from January 2021 to July 2022,200 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected from the Department of Gastroenterology of Binzhou Second People's Hospital.The control group used mesalazine enteric coated tablets,while the observation group added tin powder to the control group for enema treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated with reference to relevant criteria.The incidence of adverse reactions such as blood pus,abdominal pain,and diarrhea in the two groups was recorded.The changes of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression levels in the two groups were compared.Recurrence of ulcerative colon cancer is assessed by the results of colonoscopy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%,higher than that of the control group(76.00%),(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 5.00%and 21.00%respectively.After treatment,the expression level of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.00%and 24.00%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral mesalazine combined with enema can reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with ulcerative colitis,improve the efficacy,reduce inflammation,and reduce the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.
