铂类抗癌药物在妇科肿瘤治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析铂类抗癌药物在妇科肿瘤治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取76例妇科肿瘤患者,根据用药不同分为A组(采用紫杉醇+顺铂治疗)与B组(采用紫杉醇+卡铂治疗),每组38例。比较两组临床疗效、生命质量及安全性。结果A组总有效率(92.11%)与B组(89.47%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组生命质量总分(40.54±5.90)分与B组(40.43±5.87)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组发生不良反应9例,发生率为23.68%;B组发生不良反应10例,发生率为26.32%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤患者使用铂类抗癌药物,可有效控制病情或者延缓病情不良进展,改善生命质量,具有一定用药风险,但是顺铂、卡铂用药效果与安全性无显著差异,均可产生一定应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of platinum anticancer drugs in the treatment of gynecological tumors.Methods 76 patients with gynecological tumors were selected and divided into group A(treated with paclitaxel+cisplatin)and group B(treated with paclitaxel+carboplatin)according to different drug use,with 38 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A(92.11%)and group B(89.47%)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total score of quality of life between group A(40.54±5.90)points and group B(40.43±5.87)points(P>0.05).9 patients in group A had adverse reactions 23.68%.There were 10 cases of adverse reaction in group B,the incidence was 26.32%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of platinum-based anticancer drugs for patients with gynecological tumors can effectively control the disease or delay the adverse progression of the disease and improve the quality of life,which has certain drug use risks.However,there is no significant difference in the efficacy and safety of cisplatin and carboplatin,which can produce certain application value.
