摘 要:准确把握粮食安全与耕地利用两者耦合协调关系和时空分异特征是维护社会稳定、国家粮食安全的重要保障。本文在测度耕地利用强度的基础上,运用耦合协调度模型和Theil系数分析了2002—2019年中国三大粮食产区的粮食生产能力与耕地利用强度耦合协调发展的时空特征。结果发现:2002—2019年间,粮食主产区的口粮与饲料粮生产能力远高于其他地区且在研究期间内呈现不断提升的趋势;三大粮食产区的口粮及饲料粮生产能力与耕地利用强度的耦合协调度表现为稳定增长态势,但各省之间仍存在比较明显的差异,且组内差异均高于组间差异。因此,本文认为对不同粮食产区采取差异化的支持政策、推广普及农业科技和建立粮食生产互助模式是现阶段粮食生产能力和耕地利用强度之间的耦合协调性提高的重要举措。An accurate grasp of the coupled and coordinated relationship between food security and arable land use and its spatial and temporal divergence characteristics was an important guarantee for maintaining social stability and national food security.On the basis of measuring the intensity of cultivated land use,this paper used the coupled coordination degree model and Theil coefficient to analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics of the coupled and coordinated development of grain production capacity and arable land use intensity in the three major grain-producing regions of China from 2002 to 2019.The results showed that:The production capacity of rations and feed grains in the main grain-producing regions was much higher than that in other regions and showed a trend of continuous increase from 2002 to 2019.The coupling and coordination degree of the production capacity of rations and feed grains and the intensity of arable land use in the three major grain-producing regions showed a stable increase,but there were still relatively obvious differences among provinces.The intra-group differences in the production capacity of rations and feed grains in the three major grain-producing regions were all higher than the inter-group differences.Based on the above,this paper put forward that the adoption of differentiated support policies for different grain-producing regions,the promotion and popularization of agricultural technology,and the establishment of mutual aid models for grain production were important measures to improve the coupling and coordination between grain production capacity and arable land use intensity at this stage.
