摘  要:目的 通过《健康教育与健康促进项目的设计、实施与评价》一章,评价翻转课堂教学模式的效果,并为以后翻转课堂在健康教育学其他章节的实施提供理论参考和策略建议。方法 以新疆某医科大学2019级临床医学(定向)专业的6个班学生为研究对象,对照组仍以教师讲授和小组讨论的教学方法为主,试验组采用翻转课堂的教学方法,包括课前、课中和课后三个阶段。结果 实验组和对照组各150人,教学满意度得分实验组学生教学内容(t=-6.666)、教学方法(t=-45.651)、课堂活动(t=39.692)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);雨课堂测试得分(90.32±6.54)分亦高于对照组(86.12±5.65)分(t=-8.403,P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂授课模式深受学生喜欢,提高了学生自主学习的能力并达到了知识构建效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode through the chapter of Design,Implementation and Evaluation of Health Education and Health Promotion Projects, and provide theoretical reference and strategy suggestions for implementing flipped classrooms in other chapters of health education. Methods The students in the six classes of grade 2019 with the major of clinical medicine(orientation) in a medical university of Xinjiang were selected as the research objects. The method of teachers teaching and groups discussion was mainly adopted in the control group, and the flipped classroom method was adopted in the test group including 3 period of pre-class, in-class, and afterclass. Results The score of teaching satisfaction of each 150 objects in the experimental group and the control group was surveyed, and the score of teaching content(t=-6.666), teaching method(t=-45.651) and classroom activities(t=39.692)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(all P<0.05). The score of the rain classroom test in test group(90.32±6.54) was higher than that in control group(86.12±5.65), with statistical difference(t=-8.403, P<0.05). Conclusions The teaching mode with flipped classroom is well liked by students which improve the ability of independent learning and construction effect of knowledge of the students.
