小切口Park法重睑术联合"Z"瓣内眦赘皮矫正术矫治单睑伴内眦赘皮的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析小切口Park法重睑术联合"Z"瓣内眦赘皮矫正术矫治单睑伴内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法选择2020年5月至2021年10月期间我院美容外科收治的有求美需求的43例(86只眼)单睑伴内眦赘皮患者进行研究,在小切口Park法重睑术同期行"Z"形皮瓣修复矫正内眦赘皮,术后6个月随访记录病人矫正效果及患者满意度。结果43例患者矫治术后内眦形态自然,重睑线弧度流畅且高低合适,内眦间距、睑裂长度较术前有显著的改善。术后均无严重并发症发生,有2例瘢痕较为明显经药物治疗后好转。43例患者中24例对矫治效果表示非常满意,17例基本满意,2例不满意,总满意度95.35%(41/43)。结论小切口Park法重睑术联合"Z"瓣内眦赘皮矫正术矫治单睑伴内眦赘皮是安全有效的,病人满意度较高,值得进一步研究。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision Park method double eyelid operation combined with"Z"flap epicanthus correction for single eyelid with epicanthus.Methods From May 2020 to October 2021,43 patients(86 eyes)with single eyelid and epicanthus who were admitted to the aesthetic department of our hospital and had a demand for beauty were selected for the study.All patients were undergoing small incision Park method double eyelid surgery and"Z"shaped skin flap repair and correction of epicanthus.Six months after operation,patients were followed up to record the correction effect and patient satisfaction.Results The inner canthus of 43 patients was natural,the double eyelid line radian was smooth and appropriate,and inner canthus distance,palpebral fissure length was significantly improved compared with that before operation.There were no serious complications after operation,and 2 cases of scar were obviously improved after drug treatment.Among 43 patients,24 patients were very satisfied with the treatment effect,17 patients were basically satisfied,2 patients were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction was 95.35%(41/43).Conclusion Small incision Park method double eyelid operation combined with"Z"flap epicanthus correction is safe and effective for correction of single eyelid with epicanthus,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worth further study.
