摘　　要：企业新型学徒制培训是职业继续教育领域的重要制度创新,秉承“企校双制、工学一体”的理念,企业与培训机构合作培养专业技术人员,企业在此过程中发挥着核心作用。上海化工院检测有限公司运用企业新型学徒制培训模式,针对21名从事可燃性粉尘检测和分析岗位的技术人员开展了为期15个月的系统培训,为用人单位培养了一批相关专业的高技能人才。Enterprise new apprenticeship training is an important institutional innovation in the field of vocational continuing education.Adhering to the concept of"enterprise-school dual system,integration of work and learning",enterprises and training institutions cooperate to cultivate professional and technical personnel,while enterprises play a central role in this process.Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Co.,Ltd.has applied the enterprise new apprenticeship training mode to carry out a 15-month systematic training for 21 technicians engaged in combustible dust detection and analysis positions,while cultivating a number of professional high-skills for employing unit.
