摘  要:在数控加工过程中,切槽加工是很常见的加工内容,常见槽的类型有简单的直槽加工,比如外圆直槽、内孔沟槽等.形状稍复杂的异形槽类,比如矩形槽(宽槽)、多槽、深槽、V形槽等.直槽、沟槽的加工方法较为简单,异形槽零件因加工工艺和加工特点,其编程加工较为复杂.本文就槽的加工方法和编程思路进行了概括.In the process of NC machining,grooving is a very common processing content,the common types of grooves are simple straight grooving,such as cylindrical straight grooves,internal grooves and so on.The shape of the special-shaped groove is slightly complex,such as rectangular groove(wide groove),multi-groove,deep groove,V-shaped groove,etc.The processing method of straight groove is relatively simple,and the programming and processing of special-shaped groove parts are relatively complex due to the processing technology and processing characteristics.This paper summarizes the processing method and programming idea of the slot.
