摘 要:在高校转型视域下,高等师范院校的化学专业教师和学生遇到了严峻的挑战.面对转型,高师化学专业如何培养学生,如何进行教学改革则是每位教师必须关注的问题.文中在正确认识教学督导工作的基础上进行了教学改革研究,构建了教学模式,优化了教学方法,完善了教学评价.研究如何让高师化学专业的学生成为社会需要的应用型人才,不仅适应教师岗位,还要适应更多其他工作岗位,在当下具有现实意义.实践证明:教学督导在督察教学过程、指导教学活动、评价教学质量、促进教学改革等方面起着重要的作用.Under the perspective of university transformation,teachers and students of chemistry major in normal universities are confronted with severe challenges.Facing the transformation,we must pay atten⁃tion to how to train the students and how to carry out the teaching reform.Based on the correct under⁃standing of teaching supervision and under its guidance,we have carried out teaching reform research,constructed teaching mode,optimized teaching methods and improved teaching evaluation.This paper studies how to make the students majoring in chemistry become the applied talents needed by the society,not only to adapt to the teaching position,but also to adapt to more other jobs.Practice has proved that teaching supervision plays an important role in supervising teaching process and guiding teaching activi⁃ties,also contributes to evaluating teaching quality and promoting teaching reform.
