校企科研合作中的大学生创新精神与能力培养

摘　　要：创新精神和能力的培养是大学生教育的核心目标。该文基于CDIO工程教育模式,提出大学生创新精神和能力培养的校企合作模式。以西南石油大学校企联合项目为例,以工程问题为导向,以解决企业实际需要为目标,以企业数据为依据,从课题调研、性能分析、产品设计、产品试验、产品应用的各环节简要阐述本模式的实践过程。实践表明,该模式培养成果丰硕,是有效的大学生创新实践能力培养模式,为高校加强科教融合、健全协同育人机制提供借鉴。The cultivation of innovative spirit and ability is the core goal of postgraduate education.the artile based on the CDIO engineering education model,the school-enterprise cooperation model of graduate students'innovative spirit and ability cultivation is proposed.Taking the school-enterprise joint project of Southwest Petroleum University as an example,the practical process of this model is briefly described from the aspects of subject investigation,performance analysis,product design,product test and product application based on the enterprise data,which is oriented by engineering problems and aimed at solving the actual needs of enterprises.The practice shows that by adopting this model,fruitful results have been achieved and this model is an effective training model for graduate students'innovative practical ability.It can provide reference for universities to strengthen the integration of science and education and improve the collaborative education mechanism.
