摘  要:[目的]对清感秋饮和菊花中的挥发性成分进行全面表征。[方法]基于顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱(HSGC-IMS)技术构建清感秋饮和菊花的挥发性成分指纹图谱,确定共有峰;采用顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用(HSSPME-GC-MS)技术对清感秋饮中挥发性成分进行定性定量分析。[结果] HS-GC-IMS方法鉴定出41种挥发性成分,HS-SPME-GC-MS方法鉴定出85种挥发性成分,其中6种挥发性成分在两种方法中均被检测出。此外,HSSPME-GC-MS定量方法表明:酮类成分、烃类成分、醇类成分、酯类成分和环类成分分别占总挥发性成分的51.97%、18.15%、13.05%、6.17%和4.41%,以上几类成分占到总挥发性成分的90%以上。[结论]定性结合定量分析从清感秋饮中共鉴定出120种挥发性成分,其中,紫苏属酮、异白苏烯酮、(Z)-乙酸菊酯、β-石竹烯等可能为其主要药效成分。[Objective]The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in Qinggan Qiuyin and chrysanthemum were comprehensively analyzed.[Methods]Headspace gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS)technology was used to construct the fingerprint of VOCs of Qinggan Qiuyin and chrysanthemum,and the common peaks were identified;Headspace solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)technology was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of VOCs in Qinggan Qiuyin.[Results]The 41 VOCs were identified by HS-GC-IMS,and 85 VOCs were identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS,among which 6 overlapping chemical components were detected by both methods.The quantitative results of HS-SPME-GC-MS showed that ketones,hydrocarbons,alcohols,esters and rings accounted for 51.97%,18.15%,13.05%,6.17%and 4.41%of the total VOCs,and the above VOCs accounted for more than 85%.[Conclusion]A total of 120 VOCs were identified from Qinggan Qiuyin by qualitative and quantitative analysis,among which perilla ketone,isoegomaketone,(Z)-chrysanthenyl acetate,β-caryophyllene and so on may be its main pharmacodynamic components.
