高频超声联合彩色多普勒血流显像对浅表软组织肿块的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析高频超声联合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对浅表软组织肿块的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年6月河南医学高等专科学校疑似浅表软组织肿块患者60例为观察对象,采用高频超声联合CDFI检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较CDFI联合高频超声技术与手术病理结果,分析良恶性诊断情况。结果:经手术病理检查确诊44例(占73.33%),高频超声联合CDFI检查出阳性46例(占76.67%)。高频超声联合CDFI检查软组织肿块灵敏度86.96%(40/46),特异度71.43%(10/14),准确率83.33%(50/60)。高频超声联合CDFI检查中,良性肿块42例,良恶性诊断灵敏度92.86%,特异度50.00%,准确率90.91%。结论:CDFI联合高频超声技术能有效提高浅表软组织肿块患者临床检出率。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in superficial soft tissue mass.Methods:Sixty patients with suspected superficial soft tissue mass in Henan Medical College from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and high-frequency ultrasound combined with CDFI examination was performed.With surgical pathological results as the gold standard,CDFI combined with highfrequency ultrasound technology and surgical pathological results were compared to analyze the benign and malignant diagnosis.Results:Forty-four cases(73.33%)were confirmed by surgical pathology,and forty-six cases(76.67%)were found positive by high-frequency ultrasound combined with CDFI.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high frequency ultrasound combined with CDFI for soft tissue mass were 86.96%(40/46),71.43%(10/14)and 83.33%(50/60).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of benign and malignant tumors were 92.86%,50.00%and 90.91%respectively.Conclusion:CDFI combined with high frequency ultrasound can effectively improve the clinical detection rate of patients with superficial soft tissue mass.
