摘 要:为提高检测效率,设计一种雷达频综组件的测试系统。基于PXI总线进行设计,共有3类组件和1个电源模块,组件的驱动程序在LabVIEW环境下开发,实现了参数测量、数据采集、故障诊断等功能,具有良好的人机交互性。实际应用验证结果表明:该测试系统直观、便捷,测量误差小于2%、准确率大于99.2%、耗时缩短68.75%,能极大地提升能测试效率和测试质量,满足雷达频综组合的测试需求。In order to improve the detection efficiency,a radar frequency synthesizer component test system is designed.The design is based on PXI bus,and there are 3 types of components and 1 power supply module.The driver of the components is developed in LabVIEW.The functions of parameter measurement,data acquisition,fault diagnosis and so on are realized,and the system has good human-computer interaction.The practical application results show that the test system is intuitive and convenient,the measurement error is less than 2%,and the accuracy is greater than 99.The time consumption is shortened by 68.75%,which can greatly improves the test efficiency and test quality and meets the test requirements of radar frequency synthesis combination.
