摘　　要：创新是国家繁荣、民族进步必不可少的精神支柱,创新给生产力和生产关系带来了跨越性发展。河南省的经济实现高速发展,需要更多高层次创新型人才,人才资源的缺乏也逐渐成为制约中原发展的瓶颈,人才资源问题是当前河南省需要迫切解决的重要问题。因此,河南省要高度重视高层次创新型科技人才的培养、储备和利用,不断加大对科技的投入,不断完善河南省高层次创新型科技人才培养机制,培养出更多的高层次创新型科技人才。Innovation is an essential spiritual pillar for national prosperity and national progress,and innovation has brought leapfrog development to productivity and production relations.The rapid economic development in Henan province needs more high-level innovative talents,the lack of human resources has gradually become the bottleneck restricting the development of central plains,and the problem of human resources is an important problem that Henan Province needs to solve urgently.Therefore,it is necessary for Henan Province to pay high attention to the cultivation,reserve and utilization of high-level innovative scientific and technological talents,constantly increase the investment in science and technology,constantly improve the training mechanism of high-level innovative scientific and technological talents in Henan Province,and cultivate more high-level innovative scientific and technological talents.
