摘 要:针对大功率机电伺服系统中电磁干扰导致伺服位移传感器数据采集不准确的问题,分析和实现了线位移传感器差分抗干扰技术和基于互补滤波的机电伺服系统传感器数据融合滤波技术。该技术将传统线位移传感器输出改进为差分信号,并将线位移传感器采集的伺服位移数据与电机转速数据进行融合,从而获得动态响应好、数值可靠的伺服位移信号。通过在现有机电伺服系统中实现并取得试验数据,验证了该技术的有效性。Aiming at the problem of inaccurate data acquisition of servo displacement sensor caused by electromagnetic interference in high-power electromechanical servo system,the differential anti-interference technology of linear displacement sensor and the sensor data fusion technology of electromechanical servo system based on complementary filtering are analyzed and realized.In this technology,the output of the traditional linear displacement sensor is improved into a differential signal,and the servo displacement data collected by the linear displacement sensor is fused with the motor speed data,so as to obtain a servo displacement signal with good dynamic response and reliability.By implementing it in the existing electromechanical servo system and obtaining the test data,the effectiveness of this technology is verified.
