秦皮乙素/蛇床子素的晶体结构研究

摘　　要：报道了香豆素类药物秦皮乙素的两种同质异晶和蛇床子素的晶体结构,这三种晶体结构(同质异晶1-2和蛇床子素3)同属单斜晶系,其中,同质异晶1和蛇床子素3属C2/c空间群,而同质异晶2则属P21/c空间群.同质异晶1-2中的秦皮乙素分子分别以不同类型的传统O—H…O强氢键构建出沿不同方向延伸的一维链状结构,而蛇床子素3则主要靠C—H…O弱氢键与范德华力结合形成稳定的晶体结构.In this paper,two polymorphs of aesculetin and one crystal structure of osthole are reported.The three crystal structures are analyzed and belong to monoclinic crystal system,in which polymorph 1 and osthole 3 belong to C2/c space group and polymorph 2 belongs to P21/c.The aesculetin molecules in polymorphs 1-2 construct different infinitely extended one-dimensional hydrogen-bonded chains by varied O—H…O hydrogen bonds,and the osthole molecules of 3 mainly depend on C—H…O weak hydrogen bonds to combine with van der Waals forces to form the final stable crystal structure.
