摘  要:选取白银市工业污水灌溉区为研究对象,设置大棚、大田的种植方式,对土壤环境中过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶四种土壤生物酶活性进行测定分析,探究不同种植方式对农田土壤生物酶活性的影响机制.结果表明,四种土壤生物酶活性均受到不同种植方式的显著影响(P<0.01),受土壤重金属污染和地区大气沉降的影响在不同种植方式下呈现不同活性,基本符合对照区的整体活性大于污水灌溉区,大棚的整体活性高于大田.In this study,the industrial sewage irrigation area of Baiyin City is selected as the research object,and the planting methods of greenhouse and field are set up.The activities of four kinds of soil enzymes in the soil environment,catalase,sucrase,urease and phosphatase,are measured and analyzed,and the influencing mechanism of different planting methods on the soil enzyme activities is discussed.The results show that the four kinds of soil enzyme activities are significantly affected by different planting methods(P<0.01),and the soil enzyme activities are affected by soil heavy metal pollution and regional atmospheric deposition under different planting methods.The overall activity of soil enzyme in control area is higher than that in sewage irrigation area,and the overall activity of soil enzyme in the greenhouse is higher than that in the field.
