终身教育体系构建中开放教育的功能探索

摘　　要：终身教育不仅是一种教育思潮和理念,更是一种教育实践形态。我国终身教育体系的构建经历了初步建设期、发展演进期和现代化时期三个阶段,开放大学及其前身广播电视大学在推进全民学习和高等教育普及,在贯彻终身教育理念与政策的进程中做出了较大的贡献。在新的历史条件下,开放大学要着力加强终身教育体系构建的供给渠道建设,落实推进终身教育发展具体路径与策略。Lifelong education is not only an educational trend and idea,but also a form of educational practice.The construction of China’s lifelong education system has undergone several stages,including the initial construction period,the development and evolution period and the modernization period.Open University and its predecessor,Radio and Television University,are promoting universal learning and the popularization of higher education.In the process of implementing the concept and policy of lifelong education,it has contributed its own strength and played a unique role.Under the new historical conditions,open university should focus on promoting the construction of supply channels to promote the construction of lifelong education system,and implement specific paths and strategies to promote the development of lifelong education.
