摘  要:当代大学生是数字时代的原住民,线上线下混合式学习模式伴随了他们成长的过程。OMO教学平台是线上线下融合教学系统,以便利化的教育传播功能广泛应用于知识服务机构及各类高校,成为传统课堂的有益补充,正在改进高校的人才培养模式。但当前的OMO教学模式设计未能明晰大学生学习行为特征,因此普遍缺乏基于学情分析的适配性设计。本研究借鉴相关理论,确定影响混合教学效果的影响指标,通过对贵州省高校学生开展问卷调查,明确大学生学习行为特征,并据此设计出适宜高等院校人才培养的混合教学模式及支持系统。Contemporary college students are aborigines in the digital age.The online and offline hybrid learning mode has accompanied their growth.OMO teaching platform is an online and offline integrated teaching system,which is widely used in knowledge service institutions and various colleges and universities with its convenient education communication function,becoming a useful supplement to traditional classrooms,and is improving the talent training mode of colleges and universities.However,the current design of OMO teaching mode fails to clarify the characteristics of college students’learning behavior,so there is a general lack of adaptive design based on learning situation analysis.This study uses relevant theories for reference to determine the impact indicators that affect the effect of mixed teaching.Through a questionnaire survey on college students in Guizhou province,it clarifies the characteristics of college students’learning behavior,and accordingly designs a mixed teaching mode and support system suitable for talent training in colleges and universities.
