摘　　要：萱草属(Hemerocallis L.)是百合科(Liliaceae)植物。现代研究表明,萱草属药用植物含有多种活性成分,包括黄酮类、生物碱、蒽醌类、多酚类、萜类、三萜及其苷类、萘苷类、甾体类、苯乙醇类、木脂素、类胡萝卜素及微量元素等;具有镇静安眠、抗抑郁、抗氧化、保肝、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑菌杀虫等作用。对近30年萱草属植物的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行总结,为萱草属植物资源综合利用及质量控制提供参考。Hemerocallis plants are herbaceous plants in the Liliaceae family.Modern research has shown that Hemerocallis medicinal plants contain a variety of active constituents,including flavonoids,alkaloids,anthraquinones,polyphenols,terpenes,triterpenes and their glycosides,naphthalene glycosides,steroids,phenethyl alcohols,lignans,carotenoids,and trace elements,with sedative and hypnotic,antidepressant,antioxidant,hepatoprotective,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antibacterial,and insecticidal effects.This study summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Hemerocallis plants in the past three decades,aiming to provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of Hemerocallis plant resources and the quality control of Hemerocallis medicinal plants.
