摘　　要：以我国第四轮学科评估结果为A/A-的18所高校申请的国外药学专利为数据源,从申请量、法律状态、技术主题和功效等方面入手,对高校药学专利现状进行了分析,结合各高校相关专利政策,探索高校国外药学专利申请的发展及对策,为高校国外药学专利的布局提供参考和借鉴。Using the foreign pharmacy patents applied by 18 universities with A/A-results in the fourth round of discipline evaluation in China as the data source,the current situation of pharmacy patents in universities was analyzed in terms of the number of application,legal status,technical subject and efficacy,and the development and countermeasures of foreign pharmacy patent applications in colleges and universities were explored in combination with the relevant patent policies of each university,so as to provide reference for the layout of foreign pharmacy patents in universities.
