摘　　要：中国北方冬季寒冷干旱,葡萄容易发生冻害。一般将冬季低温-15℃作为划分葡萄是否需要防寒的临界温度线。2017—2022年对香格里拉抗寒2号的生物学特性及酿酒性状进行了观察研究,结果表明,该优株露地栽培经历了冬季-20℃低温的考验未发生冻害;平均单穗重,单粒重2.11 g,椭球形,黑蓝色,每粒果实含种子2.77颗;总糖含量215.3 g/L,pH3.16,各种花色苷含量1511.1 mg/L。作为酿酒葡萄,各项果实性状指标都优于赤霞珠品种;4年生抗寒优株666.7 m^(2)产量1200 kg,是赤霞珠的1.3倍。果实成熟期9月26~30日,早于赤霞珠7 d。Grapes are susceptible to frost damage due to cold and dry winters in northern China.The absolute low temperature of-15℃in winter is generally used as the critical temperature line to classify whether the grapes need cold protection.The biological characteristics and winemaking traits of Shangri-La Cold Resistance No.2 were observed and studied from 2017 to 2022.The results showed that the plant survived the winter low temperature of-20℃in the open field without frost damage;the average weight of a single cluster was 2.11 g,ellipsoidal shape,black-blue color,with 2.77 seeds per cluster;and the total sugar content was 215.3 g/L,pH 3.16,and the various anthocyanin content was 1511.1 mg/L.As a wine grape,all fruit traits were better than Cabernet Sauvignon variety;the yield of 4-year-old cold-resistant superior plant was 1200 kg/666.7m^(2),1.3 times higher than that of Cabernet Sauvignon.The fruit ripened from September 26 to 30,7 d earlier than Cabernet Sauvignon.
