摘 要:【目的】为了研究高层建筑对筏板基础的影响,对筏板基础沉降、钢箔应力和基底反力变化规律展开讨论。【方法】以郑州某实际工程为分析案例,利用现场的实测数据对筏板基础沉降、钢筋应力和基底反力的变化趋势进行讨论分析。【结果】研究发现:基础沉降值与上部荷载的变化成正比,沉降曲线呈下凹形,筏板基础中间的沉降量明显高于两边的沉降量;上部荷载增加,基底反力增大明显,对基底的反力测点分析发现角部比边部和中部的反力大;随着上部荷载的变化,钢筋顶层应力较底层变化更为迅速,分布在边部的钢筋应力较中部更大,筏板边部钢筋应力大于中部钢筋应力。【结论】该研究可以为后续深入研究高层建筑对筏板基础的变形影响提供一定参考。[Purposes]In order to study the common action of raft slab foundations for high-rise buildings.[Methods]The trend of settlement,reinforcement stresses and base reaction forces of raft slab foundations are discussed and analysed using actual measured data from an actual project in Zhengzhou.[Findings]It is found that:the settlement value of the foundation is proportional to the change of the upper load,the settlement curve is concave,and the settlement in the middle of the raft slab foundation is obviously higher than the settlement on both sides;the upper load increases,the reaction force of the foundation increases obviously,and by the analysis of the reaction force measurement points of the foundation,it is found that the reaction force in the corner is larger than that in the side and the middle;with the change of the upper load,the stress in the top layer of the reinforcement changes more rapidly than that in the bottom layer,and the stresses distributed in the sides are larger than those in the middle.[Conclusions]This study can provide reference for subsequent in-depth studies on the deformation effects of tall buildings on raft slab foundations.
