摘  要:区块链的分布式、去信任、防篡改的技术特性,为构建长使用寿命电气设备的全生命周期管理提供了新的技术路径。提出了区块链的长使用寿命电气设备管理方法。该方法的核心是设备数据分级存证及其链上数据溯源管理,包括总体系统架构及上链数据结构。首先,通过深入分析长使用寿命电气设备供应链现状,构建基于区块链的电气设备全生命周期管理系统。其次,利用区块链技术的不可篡改和分布式存储特征对核心数据进行存证,构建全流程上链存证追溯体系,从而确保数据不可篡改、可追溯、可追责,以支撑电气设备标识管理、交易合同签订、节点身份管理等业务。试验阶段,以气体绝缘设备(GIS)为例进行了应用试验,验证了该方法的有效性。试验结果进一步说明了所提方法能够为电气设备自动化管理及安全保障提供有价值的参考。The distributed,de-trusted and tamper-proof technical features of blockchain provide a new technical path for building the whole life cycle management of long-life electrical equipment.A blockchain management method for long-life electrical equipment is proposed.The core of the method is equipment data hierarchical storage and its on-chain data traceability management,including the overall system architecture and on-chain data structure.Firstly,by deeply analyzing the current situation of the supply chain of long-life electrical equipment,a blockchain-based whole life cycle management system of electrical equipment is constructed.Secondly,the tamper-evident and distributed storage features of blockchain technology are used to deposit the core data and build a whole process on-chain deposit and traceability system,thus ensuring that the data is tamper-evident,traceable,and traceable to support the business of electrical equipment identification management,transaction contract signing and node identity management.In the test phase,application tests are conducted with gas insulated switchgear(GIS)as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.The test results further illustrate that the proposed method can provide valuable reference for the automation management and safety assurance of electrical equipment.
