摘 要:特高压屏蔽环具有尺寸大、刚度小、动力荷载效应显著的特点,其结构动力参数的辨识对揭示屏蔽环振动机理、探索振动控制技术具有重要的研究意义和工程应用价值。基于视觉系统提出一种特高压屏蔽环振动参数监测与识别的新方法。首先在图像上创建模板,经过基于互相关的图像匹配定位,获取模板在连续序列图像上的像素级匹配点,针对互相关函数呈现出的峰值特性,利用二次曲面拟合法实现屏蔽环位移时程数据的亚像素定位。然后采用移动平均滤波降低相机晃动产生的噪声信号,最后通过快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)求解屏蔽环的振动频率。以某特高压交流线路屏蔽环为例,将该方法与模态测试、有限元分析的计算结果对比,验证其可行性。Ultra-high voltage(UHV)shield ring has the characteristics of large size,small stiffness and significant dynamic load effect.Identification of structural dynamic parameters has important research significance and engineering application value for revealing the vibration mechanism of shield ring and developing vibration control technology.This paper presents a new method for monitoring and identifying vibration parameters of UHV shield ring based on image recognition technology.Firstly,a template is prepared on the image,through the image matching based on correlation,pixellevel matching points of the template on continuous sequence images are obtained,According to the peak characteristics of the correlation function,sub-pixel location of shield ring displacement time-history data is obtained using quadratic surface fitting.Then,the moving average filter is used to reduce the noise signal generated by the equipment sloshing.Finally,the vibration frequency of the shield ring is solved by FFT.With an UHV AC transmission line shield ring as an example,the feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the calculation results of the method with those of modal test and finite element analysis.
