冻干校准品水分含量检测及影响因素的分析

摘  要:采用卡尔费休滴定法检测冻干校准品水分含量,获得了较高的精密性与回收率。在同一批冻干校准品中,60%环境湿度检测的样品水分含量明显高于49%环境湿度下的水分含量;电极清洗前水分含量均高于电极清洗后;分析时间分别为60 s、120 s、180 s、240 s和300 s时,对水分含量检测结果影响不明显;随着漂移值逐渐降低,样品水分含量检测结果逐渐增加,当漂移值稳定在最低值时,水分含量检测结果误差最小,结果更准确。In this paper,the Karl Fischer titration method was used to determine the moisture content of lyophilised calibrator,which obteined high precision and recovery rate.In the same batch of lyophilised calibrator,the moisture content in tested samples of the 60%environmental humidity was significantly higher than the 49%environmental humidity.The moisture content before electrode cleaning was higher than after electrode cleaning.There was no obvious effect on the result of moisture content detection when the analysis time was 60s、120s、180s、240s and 300s.As the drift value gradually decreases,the detection result of the sample moisture content gradually increases.When the drift value is stable at the lowest value,the error of the detection result of moisture content is minimum and the result is more accurate.
