清解化攻汤灌肠对“热证”不完全性肠梗阻的中医症状及梗阻症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床研究,观察清解化攻汤灌肠对“热证”不完全性肠梗阻的中医症状及梗阻症状的疗效观察,为清解化功汤灌肠治疗“热证”不完全性肠梗阻提供科学依据。方法:选择“热证”不完全性肠梗阻40例,在西医对症治疗基础上进行清解化功汤灌肠,通过观察患者肠道功能恢复情况、影像学检测及“热证”肠梗阻的中医症状积分、梗阻症状等,对结果进行统计分析,同时治疗结束后评价临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗前后梗阻症状等级评分及中医临床症状评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在西医对症治疗基础上配合清解化攻汤灌肠是治疗“热证”不完全性肠梗阻病人的有效方法,可明显改善患者的症状、体征、腹部影像学及“热证”不完全性肠梗阻中医症状,且安全有效,复发率低。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qingjiehuagong decoction enema on the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and obstruction symptoms of incomplete intestinal obstruction of"heat syndrome"through clinical research,so as to provide scientific basis for the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction of "heat syndrome"with Qingjiehuagong decoction enema.Methods:40 cases of incomplete intestinal obstruction with"heat syndrome"were selected,and Qingjiehuagong decoction enema was performed on the basis of symptomatic treatment of western medicine.The results were statistically analyzed by observing the recovery of intestinal function,imaging detection,TCM symptom score and obstruction synqjtoms of intestinal obstruction with"heat syndrome",and the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in obstruction symptom grade score and TCM clinical symptom score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingjiehuagong decoction enema combined with symptomatic treatment of western medicine is an effective method to treat patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction of"heat syndrome",which can significantly improve the symptoms,signs,abdominal imaging and TCM symptoms of incomplete intestmal obstruction of"heat syndrome",and is safe and effective with low recurrence rate.
