流体传动技术的虚拟仿真实验教学探究

摘  要:为了探索流体传动技术实验教学改革的新方法与新思路,针对流体传动实验教学所面临的问题与现状,提出了将虚拟现实仿真技术与传统的流体传动实验教学相结合的教学思路,分别介绍了流体传动虚拟现实仿真实验系统的开发流程,并应用于节流调速回路实验。实验结果表明,这种新的实验教学模式在试运行过程中取得很好的教学成果,能够达到预期目标。In order to explore the new methods and ideas of the experimental teaching reform of fluid transmission technology,aiming at the problems and current situation of the experimental teaching of fluid transmission,this paper puts forward the teaching idea of combining the virtual reality simulation technology with the traditional experimental teaching of fluid transmission,introduces the development process of the virtual reality simulation experimental system of fluid transmission,and applies it to the experiment of throttling and speed regulating circuit.The experimental results show that this new experimental teaching mode has achieved good teaching results in the process of trial operation,and can achieve the expected goals.
