摘  要:基于高校工程教育专业认证和新工科的建设背景,文章对制药工程专业的核心课程之一制药安全与环保为例,进行了教学改革与实践探索。从课程教学内容的选取、教学方式的多元化和教学评价体系的建立三方面展开探讨,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学以致用的能力,并提升课程教学质量。以此实现培养同时兼具深厚专业背景、突出工程实践能力和较好创新思维的“新工科”人才。Based on the background of engineering education professional certif ication and new engineering construction in colleges and universities,this study explores teaching reform and practice by taking“pharmaceutical safety and environmental protection”as an example,which is one of the core courses in pharmaceutical engineering.Three aspects including the selection of teaching content,the diversif ication of teaching methods and the establishment of teaching evaluation system are discussed to stimulate students’learning interest,improve students’ability to put what they have learned into practice,and improve the teaching quality.Thus,it is expected to achieve the goal of cultivating“new engineering”talents with deep professional backgrounds,outstanding ability in engineering practice,and good innovative thinking.
