摘 要:设计了一种适用于电力电缆的温度在线监测系统,并对其温度监测结果的精确性展开了测试分析。首先介绍了温度在线监测系统的整体架构,随后分别从硬件选型、硬件电路设计,以及主程序设计等方面,概述了系统的软硬件设计要点,随后应用BP神经网络对温度传感器采集到的温度信号进行处理,预测电缆导体温度,达到远程在线监测的目的。系统测试表明,设计的电力电缆温度在线监测系统,监测温度与现场测量温度之间的误差率小于0.5%,测量结果精确度高,能够满足电力电缆温度监测需要。A temperature on-line monitoring system for power cables is designed,and the accuracy of its temperature monitoring results is tested and analyzed.Firstly introduces the overall architecture of temperature online monitoring system,and then summarizes the key points of hardware and software design of the system from the aspects of hardware selection,hardware circuit design,and main program design.Then BP neural network is used to process the temperature signal collected by the temperature sensor to predict the conductor temperature,so as to achieve the purpose of remote online monitoring.The system test shows that the error rate between the monitoring temperature and the field measurement temperature is less than 0.5%,and the measurement results are highly accurate and can meet the needs of power cable temperature monitoring.
