摘　　要：学科建设是引领医院发展的龙头,体现了医院的科研实力、学术水平和核心竞争力。本文以某大型综合医院为例,对其学科建设情况进行问卷调查,从员工认知角度分析学科建设发展情况,并在此基础上提出建议:集中资源,做大做强优势学科;培养一批优秀的学科带头人;加强人才梯队建设;注重科研平台建设;建立学科评价体系。Disciplinary construction is the leader the leader of hospital development,reflecting the scientific research capability,academic level,and core competitiveness of hospitals.Taking a large general hospital as an example,this article conducts a questionnaire survey on discipline construction,analyzes the development of discipline construction from the perspective of employee cognition,and puts forward suggestions,including centralizing resources to expand and strengthen advantageous disciplines,cultivating a group of outstanding discipline leaders,strengthening the construction of talent echelons,building scientific research platforms,and establishing a disciplinary evaluation system.
