摘　　要：培养学生的英语学科核心素养是英语教育改革的重点议题,如何在英语学科高考命题中融合核心素养评价是当下深受学界关注的现实问题。本文采用SWOT分析法,对面向英语学科核心素养的高考命题所具有的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战进行系统分析,列出策略矩阵并据此提出了可供选择的优选策略,具体如下:深入学习文件精神,落实立德树人根本任务;依据高考评价体系,建立核心素养命题细目框架;抓住评价改革机遇,研究高考英语命题;借鉴素养评价经验,改进高考英语命题;树立正确命题理念;汇聚各方人员力量;开展命题人员培训;稳步推进命题改革。Cultivating students English subject core competencies is a key issue of English education reform.How to integrate core competencies assessment into National Matriculation English Test(NMET)is thus a realistic problem that attracts scholars attention.This paper conducts a SWOT analysis for integrating core competencies assessment into NMET by presenting a strategy matrix and putting forward optimization strategies.The optimization strategies are as follows:studying the official documents and implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education;establishing specific item development framework for English subject core competencies according to Gaokao Assessment Framework;seizing the opportunity of evaluation reform and researching the NMET test design;improving the NMET test design by using the experience of competence assessment;setting up correct notion of test design and pooling the resources of administrators,teachers,researchers,etc.;training test designers and steadily advancing the test design reform.
