摘　　要：齐美尔关系广泛存在于各类群体和组织中,联盟创新网络中的齐美尔关系已成为企业获取外部知识、提升创新能力的重要途径。本研究基于社会网络分析(SNA)理论,从联盟创新网络视角探索齐美尔关系与知识基础、知识多元化、知识流动对企业创新影响的内在作用机制。研究结果表明:齐美尔关系对企业创新具有正向的促进作用;知识基础、知识多元化负向调节齐美尔关系对企业创新的影响;齐美尔关系促进了知识流动,知识流入与知识流出对齐美尔关系影响企业创新都具有部分中介效应,且知识流入比知识流出的中介效应程度更高。因此,企业应积极融入创新网络,充分发挥齐美尔关系效能;深耕熟知技术领域,有效规避负向调节效应;加强知识流入流出,积极发挥知识流动效应。Simmel relationship exists widely in various groups and organizations,and Zimmel relationship in the alliance innovation network has become an important way for enterprises to acquire external knowledge and improve their innovation ability.Based on the theory of social network analysis(SNA),this study explores the internal mechanism of Zimmel relationship and knowledge base,knowledge diversification and knowledge flow on enterprise innovation from the perspective of alliance innovation network.The results show that Simmel relationship has a positive promoting effect on enterprise innovation;knowledge base and knowledge diversification negatively regulate the influence of Zimere relationship on enterprise innovation;Zimmel relationship promotes knowledge flow,and knowledge inflow and outflow have partial intermediary effect on enterprise innovation,and the mediation effect of knowledge inflow is higher than that of knowledge outflow.Therefore,enterprises should actively integrate into the innovation network and give full play to the effectiveness of the Simmel relationship,deeply understand the technical field and effectively avoid the negative regulation effect,strengthen knowledge inflow and outflow and give full play to the effect of knowledge flow.
