摘　　要：通过质量信号获取更多的市场认同和质量信任,是促进企业创新绩效的有效途径。在分别引入技术可供性和技术特征作为中介变量和调节变量的基础上,运用2010—2021年A股上市公司面板数据,实证分析质量信号对创新绩效的影响机理。研究发现:质量信号与技术可供性的增强有利于促进企业创新绩效;随着质量信号的加强,技术可供性也有所增强;技术可供性在质量信号与创新绩效之间起中介作用;技术特征负向调节质量信号与创新绩效之间的关系。因此,为促进企业创新绩效,提出以下对策建议:通过质量信号增强市场信心,提高产品质量和把握创新方向;依据企业的不同性质与类型,采取不同质量信号利用方式;加强技术可供性,推动创新引领企业高质量发展;根据技术特征变化,充分发挥质量信号对企业创新的积极作用。Obtaining more market recognition and quality trust through quality signals is an effective way to promote enterprise innovation performance.On the basis of introducing technology availability and technology characteristics as mediating variables and regulating variables respectively,the panel data of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021 are used to empirically analyze the influence mechanism of quality signals on innovation performance.The research finds that the enhancement of quality signal and technology availability is conducive to promoting the innovation performance of enterprises.With the enhancement of quality signal,the technical availability is also enhanced.Technology availability plays an intermediary role between quality signal and innovation performance.Technical characteristics negatively regulate the relationship between quality signals and innovation performance.Therefore,in order to promote the innovation performance of enterprises,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:enterprises should grasp the direction of innovation and make efficient use of quality signals to strengthen technology supply,and give full play to the positive role of quality signals in enterprise innovation according to the changes of technical characteristics.
