摘 要:我国茶文化源远流长,是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体。中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗入选“世界人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录”,彰显了我国茶文化与茶产业发展的重要成果。据调查显示,我国还存在茶文化普及不充分、不深入,茶文化发展不平衡,茶文化整体影响力不足等问题。应以传承保护茶类非物质文化遗产为抓手,优化茶文化监管服务体系,深入茶文化内涵研究,促进茶旅全要素融合,加强茶文化数字传播,促进茶文化高质量发展,提升我国茶文化的国际影响力。Chinese tea culture has a long history and is an important carrier of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Chinese traditional tea making techniques and related customs have been included in the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity,highlighting the significant achievements of the development of Chinese tea culture and tea industry.According to investigation,there are still some problems in the development of tea culture,such as insufficient popularization,unbalanced regional development,inadequate influence as a whole.It suggests that we focus on the inheritance and protection of tea intangible cultural heritage,optimize the tea culture supervision and service system,deepen the connotation of tea culture research,and promote the integration of all elements of tea tourism.Besides,we need to strengthen the digital communication of tea culture,and promote the high-quality development of tea culture,thus enhancing the international influence of Chinese tea culture.
