摘 要:以某型不锈钢双层客车为研究对象,对其司机室端防撞柱结构进行评估和试验验证。根据美国CFR标准49章238部分的评判准则,提出3种防撞柱弹塑性试验方案,并基于动态仿真结果进行比选;对司机室端防撞柱结构设计并进行弹塑性冲击试验,测试冲击速度、反弹速度和防撞柱各垂向高度的位移,并计算吸能量,通过对试验数据的分析并与评判准则进行对比,表明防撞柱设计满足所有设计要求;最后,基于试验数据对防撞柱有限元模型及建模方法进行校验,试验数据和仿真数据的对比分析表明结果具有很好的一致性,为后续进一步的研究工作提供了可信的基础模型。Taking the stainless steel double-deck passenger car as the research object,the structure of the anti-collision column at the cab end of the passenger car is evaluated and verified by tests.According to the evaluation criterion of CFR title 49,part 238,three kinds of elastic-plastic test schemes of anti-collision column are put forward and compared based on the results of dynamic simulation.The cab end anti-collision column structure is designed and elastic-plastic impact test is carried out to test the impact speed,rebound speed and displacement of each vertical height of the anti-collision column,and calculate the energy absorption.By analyzing the test data and comparing with the evaluation criteria,it is shown that the anti-collision column design meets all the design requirements.Then the finite element model and modeling method of anti-collision column are verified based on the test data,and the comparative analysis of test data and simulation data shows that the results are in good consistency,which provides a credible basic model for further research.
