摘  要:针对安装国产化速度传感器的某动车组在线运行中出现的滑行故障,文章通过在线故障数据分析、原因分析及试验,确定了引起BCU报滑行故障的原因是列车过分相时速度传感器存在丢失脉冲导致。通过在速度传感器上施加浪涌电压模拟故障,并对速度传感器电路进行分析及对比验证,提出了有效的改进措施,即取消霍尔芯片前端的分压电阻。经运行考核,改进后的速度传感器在线运行良好,满足在线运行要求。Aiming at the sliding fault in the online operation of a certain EMU installed of the localized speed sensor,this paper determines that the reason for the sliding fault reported by BCU is that the speed sensor loses pulses when train passing over neutral section through online fault data analysis,cause analysis and test.By appling surge voltage to the speed sensor to simulate the fault,and analyzing and comparing the speed sensor circuit,an effective improvement measure is proposed,that is,to cancel the voltage divider resistance at the front end of the Hall chip.Operation assessment shows that the improved speed sensor runs well online and meets the requirements of online operation.
