摘  要:强化高校与基础学校协同育人的效度,是培养高质量师范人才的重要基础。“U-S”合作分为协作型合作、共生型合作和有机合作三种类型。在师范专业认证理念引领下,当前“U-S”合作普遍从协作型合作进入共生型合作状态,并朝着有机合作的方向迈进。在目标共同、利益共享的基础上聚合“U-S”有机合作,是激发基础教育教师合作意愿、提升师范专业人才培养质量的有效途径。建构有机合作共同体,应当在基础教育教师职责认同、凝聚共识的基础上满足其尊重认同、自我发展、松绑减负、物质激励等利益诉求,切实保障基础教育教师权益。Strengthening the effectiveness of collaborative education between universities and and basic education schools is an important foundation for training high-quality normal students."U-S"collaboration can be divided into three types:cooperated collaboration,symbiotic collaboration and organic collaboration.Under the guidance of the concept of normal professional certification,"U-S"collaboration has generally entered a symbiotic collaboration state from cooperated collaboration,and it is moving towards organic collaboration now.The aggregation of"U-S"organic collaboration based on common goals and shared interests,which is an effective way to stimulate the willingness of basic education teachers to cooperate and improve the quality of nonnal students,training.To build an organic collaborative community,universities should meet the interest demands of basic education teachers in respect and identification,self-development,burden relieving and material incentives,on the basis of their responsibility identification and consensus cohesion,and effectively protect the rights and interests of basic education teachers.
