摘 要:目的 探讨布鲁纳结构主义教育理论在培养护理实习生自主学习能力中的应用效果。方法 便利选取2021年8月-2022年2月在我院内科实习的护理实习生153人,按实习时间的先后顺序分为对照组76人及观察组77人。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用布鲁纳结构主义教育理论的教学方法。于教学4周后分别评估2组护理实习生的自主学习能力、满意度、临床操作及理论考试成绩。结果 观察组护理实习生的自主学习能力、满意度、临床操作及理论考试成绩与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 布鲁纳结构主义教育理论有助于提高护理实习生的自主学习能力、学生满意度、临床操作和理论考试成绩,值得临床教学推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Bruner's structuralism education theory in cultivating nursing interns'autonomous learning ability.Methods A total of 153 nursing interns from internal medicine department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected by convenience sampling and divided into control group(76 cases)and experimental group(77 cases)according to the order of practice time.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the teaching method based on Bruner's structuralism education theory.After 4 weeks of teaching,the autonomous learning ability,student satisfaction,clinical operation,and theoretical test scores of the two groups of nursing interns were evaluated.Results The autonomous learning ability,student satisfaction,clinical operation,and theoretical test scores of nursing interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bruner's structuralism education theory is helpful to improve nursing interns'autonomous learning ability,student satisfaction,clinical practice,and theoretical test scores,which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
