文化自信视阈下藏族传统体育文化价值及传播途径研究

摘　　要：文化自信是新时代文化建设的需要,也是实现中国梦的必然要求。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法和实地考察法等研究方法,对藏族传统体育文化价值与传播途径进行挖掘分析。探寻藏族传统体育的文化价值及传播途径,并提出相关建议。研究认为:可通过加强非遗项目建设推进文化保护;将对藏族传统体育融入到学校体育教学,促进文化传承发展;与藏族传统节日庆典相结合,弘扬藏族传统体育精神,丰富人们的精神生活;与乡村旅游相结合,促进乡村振兴和藏族传统体育的文化传播;以全民健身为载体扩大其传播范围;在新时代传播藏族传统体育要培养文化自信,推动体育强国建设,繁荣社会主义文化,实现文化自强。Cultural self-confidence is the need of cultural construction in the new era and the inevitable requirement of realizing the Chinese dream.By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis,expert interview and on—the—spot investigation,this paper analyzes the cultural value and transmission route of Tibetan traditional sports.Explore the cultural value and transmission of Tibetan traditional sports and put forward relevant suggestions.The study suggests that cultural protection can be promoted by strengthening the construction of intangible cultural heritage projects;integrate Tibetan traditional sports into school physical education to promote cultural inheritance education;can be combined with the Tibetan traditional festival celebration to carry forward the Tibetan traditional sports spirit to enrich people's spiritual life;combined with rural tourism to promote rural revitalization and cultural dissemination of Tibetan traditional sports;taking the national fitness as the carrier to expand its dissemination scope;in the new era,the dissemination of Tibetan traditional sports should cultivate cultural self-confidence,promote the construction of sports power,prosper socialist culture and realize cultural self-improvement.
