摘  要:体育教学内容作为体育教学的载体,在体育教学中起关键作用,加强核心素养视阈下体育教学内容研究,从而实现学生体育核心素养培育是体育界首要解决的重要问题。当前,高校体育教学内容存在创新内容不足和教育内容缺乏等问题,从“理念-方向-手段”入手,转变育人理念,推进体育教学内容个性化;回归生活世界,实现体育教学内容实用性;实施深度教学,实现体育教学内容终身性无疑成为今后努力的方向。As the carrier of physical education,physical education content plays a key role in physical education.Strengthening the research of physical education content from the perspective of core literacy,so as to realize the cultivation of student core literacy is an important issue that the sports world must solve first.At present,there are problems such as stagnant innovation and lack of educational content in college physical education content.Starting from nidea—direction—means**,transform the concept of education,promote the individualization of physical education content;return to the world of life,and realize the practicality of physical education content;The implementation of in—depth teaching and the realization of lifelong physical education content will undoubtedly become the direction of future efforts.
