摘　　要：胃癌治疗以手术切除为基石。以临床研究的积累及对肿瘤认识的深入为背景,外科技术的进步与多种治疗途径的协同发展,包括腹腔镜手术技术和新辅助治疗,正逐步弥补单纯外科手术的局限性。本文总结外科理论与技术进展,结合当前围术期治疗研究现状,系统阐述胃癌手术治疗中心论体系的形成及完善。The treatment of gastric cancer is based on surgical resction.The accumulation of clinical research and in-depth understanding of tumor constitute the cornerstone of gastric cancer treatment.Development of surgical technique and many approaches of treatment including laparoscopic technique and neoadjuvant therapy compensate the boundedness of simply surgery.This study summarized(1)both theoretical and technological progress in surgery;(2)combined with the current study situation of perioperative treatment;(3)systematically expounded the formation and improvement of surgerybased treatment system for gastric cancer management.
