摘　　要：以2010—2017年创业板上市企业为样本,探究了国际化扩张对中小企业技术创新绩效的影响机理,并系统分析了制度环境的调节作用。结果发现:国际化扩张与中小企业技术创新绩效存在显著的倒U型关系,区域市场化强化了两者间的倒U型关系,而协会规范支持承接着替代作用,区域创新模仿力增强了两者的倒U型关系。Based on the sample data of ChiNext market from 2010 to 2017,this paper focuses on the relationship between international expansion and technological innovation performance in SMEs,and explores the moderating effect of institutional environment.Results show that a kind of inverted U-shaped relationship between international expansion and technological innovation performance.Regional marketization and regional innovation imitation strengthen the inverted U-shaped relationship between intermational expansion and technological innovation performance,while the moderating effect of association normative support plays an alternative role.
