摘 要:基于内部治理视角,结合中国市场环境的特性,以制造业上市家族企业为研究样本,在组态思维下对家族企业创新提升路径进行探索。研究发现:(1)家族企业创新水平的提升不依赖于单个治理或环境要素,不同治理和环境要素的横向协同作用具有明显提升效应;(2)5条路径均可促进家族企业创新(殊途同归):逆境求生促创新、戮力同心谋创新、基业长青求创新、内部制衡利创新、群策群力寻创新;(3)驱动非高家族企业创新的路径分为7条,且与提升高家族企业创新的路径存在非对称关系。Taking the manufacturing listed family enterprises as sample,based on the perspective of internal governance,this paper explores the promotion path of family business innovation under configuration thinking combined with the characteristics of China's market environment.Results show that,the improvement of the innovation of family enterprises does not depend on a single governance or environmental factor,but the horizontal synergy of different governance and environmental factors has obvious improvement effect.Five paths all can promote the innovation of family enterprises(the same goal by different paths):surviving in adversity to promote innovation,making concerted efforts to seek innovation,building a sustainable foundation to strive for innovation,internal checks and balances are conducive to innovation;working together to find innovation.The driving mechanism of non high family business innovation can be divided into seven paths,and there is an asymmetric causal relationship with the driving mechanism of high family business innovation.
