区块链技术下大学生网络舆情治理路径研究

摘　　要：科技赋能时代,如何以区块链技术赋能大学生网络舆情治理,推动高校“区块链+舆情治理”走向常态化、规模化、普及化1.值得深入思考与探究的课题。基于区块链在高质量内容生产、理性化舆情舆论传播、网络谣言自净机制、舆情监控与分析研判、舆情引导与应对处置等方面的优势,大学生网络舆情的治理将从高校区块链社交媒体平台构建、区块链平台下的高校网络舆情内容传播、基于区块链的大学生网络舆情治理三个方面逐步递进,重构信息的生产、消费、治理全流程,实现区块链技术下大学生网络舆情的精准治理。In the era of science and technology empowerment,how to empower college students'online public opinion governance with blockchain technology and promote the"blockchain+public opinion governance"of universities towards normalization,scale,and popularization is a subject worthy of in-depth consideration and exploration.Based on the advantages of blockchain in high-quality content production,rational public opinion dissemination,self purification mechanism of network rumors,public opinion monitoring,analysis and judgment,public opinion guidance and response disposal,the realization of college students'online public opinion governance will gradually progress from three aspects:the construction of college blockchain social media platform,the dissemination of college online public opinion content under the blockchain platform,and the governance of college students'online public opinion based on the blockchain.This can reconstruct the entire process of information production,consumption,and governance,and achieve accurate governance of college students'online public opinion under blockchain technology.
