新时代环境下农业高职院校服务地方农业经济发展的策略分析

摘　　要：为了实施乡村振兴战略,进一步促进农业经济发展,调整农村产业结构,加快脱贫攻坚步伐,提升农民收入,农业高职院校要积极参与乡村振兴战略建设。要深入农村开展职业技能培训,培养新型职业农业,助力农民脱贫致富;服务地方农业经济发展,调整专业设置,对接当地农业产业链;转变农业人才培养理念,为农业经济发展提供人才支撑;促进农村集体经济发展,完善农村“三资管理”模式,延伸农业产业链,促进地方农业经济可持续、绿色发展,提升农民经济收入。In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,further promote the development of agricultural economy,adjust the rural industrial structure,speed up the pace of poverty alleviation,and improve farmers'income.Agricultural vocational colleges should actively participate in the construction of rural revitalization strategy,carry out vocational skills training in rural areas,cultivate a new type of vocational agriculture,help farmers out of poverty and become rich,serve the development of local agricultural economy,adjust specialty settings,link up the local agricultural industry chain,change the concept of agricultural talent training,and provide talent support for agricultural economic development;promote the development of rural collective economy,improve the rural"three-capital management"model,extend the agricultural industrial chain,promote the sustainable and green development of local agricultural economy,and enhance the farmers'economic income.
