摘  要:为探究抗、感灰斑病玉米自交系的遗传性差异,对病原菌胁迫下玉米自交系T 32(抗)和J 51(感)的转录组数据进行单核苷酸多态性(SNP)和插入缺失(InDel)分析。结果表明,在17499条Unigene上检测到109977个SNP位点,平均每条Unigene上约有6.3个SNP,每间隔585 bp出现1个SNP,SNP转换类型和颠换类型占比分别为64.88%、35.12%;在11346条Unigene上分析出29849个InDel位点,InDel在每条Unigene上的出现频率为48%,长度1~3 bp占比78%~82%。GO和KEGG功能分类分析结果表明,差异表达基因富集在细胞过程、代谢过程、细胞、细胞部分、黏合和催化活性等。同时差异表达基因最显著富集在运输和分解代谢、信号转导、全局和概览图、翻译、折叠、分类和降解、环境适应等通路途径。In order to explore the genetic difference of maize gray leaf spot resistant and susceptible inbred lines,SNP and InDel analysis was performed on transcriptomic data of inbred lines T 32 and J 51 under the stress of pathogen.The results showed that a total of 17499 Unigene containing 109977 SNPs were detected,with an average of 6.3 SNPs per Unigene and one SNP occurring every 585 bp.Among them,the SNP transition type accounted for 64.88%,and the SNP transversion type accounted for 35.12%.The 29849 InDels were analysed on 11346 Unigenes,and the frequency of InDels on each Unigene was 48%,of which the length of InDel was 1-3 bp,accounting for 78%-82%.The results of GO and KEGG functional classification analysis showed that the differentially expressed genes were enriched in cellular process,metabolic process,cell,cell part,binding and catalytic activity.Meanwhile,differentially expressed genes were most significantly enriched in transport and catabolism,signal transduction,global and overview maps,translation,folding,sorting and degradation,environmental adaptation pathways.
