摘 要:对我国华北、华东、华中等多个地区的215份小麦种质资源进行成株期白粉病抗性表型鉴定,结合小麦16 K高密度芯片进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS)。结果表明,有25个SNP位点与小麦白粉病抗性显著相关,其中位于2 B染色体上的1个区段及位于3 B染色体上的1个位点在多个环境中被检测到;位于2 B染色体上的区段与已命名的小麦白粉病抗性基因Pm51距离相近,推测为同一位点;位于3 B染色体上的位点推测是一个新位点。A total of 215 wheat germplasm resources from North,East and Central China were selected to identify powdery mildew resistance phenotypes at adult stage,the genome-wide association analysis(GWAS) was performed with wheat 16 K high density microarray.The results showed that 25 SNP loci were significantly associated with wheat powdery mildew resistance,among which 1 loci on chromosome 2 B and 1 loci on chromosome 3 B were detected in multiple environments.The region located on chromosome 2 B was close to the named wheat powdery mildew resistance gene Pm51,which was presumed to be the same locus.The loci located on chromosome 3 B might be a new locus.
