摘  要:为了分离蒲公英的可培养内生细菌,以及探究内生细菌数量分别与蒲公英有机酸和黄酮类物质的相关性,对蒲公英根、茎、叶和花中的内生细菌进行分离、纯化和鉴定.采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蒲公英不同组织部位有机酸和黄酮类物质的含量,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析蒲公英可培养内生细菌数量分别与有机酸和黄酮类物质的相关性.从蒲公英中共分离纯化得到可培养内生细菌22株,根、茎、叶中的内生细菌数量存在差异,其生物活性成分有机酸和黄酮类物质含量存在相关性,其中绿原酸含量与细菌数量呈显著性正相关(P<0.05).In order to isolate the culturable endophytic bacteria from Taraxacum mongolicum and investigate the correlation between the number of endophytic bacteria and the organic acids and flavonoids of Taraxacum mongolicum,the endophytic bacteria in the roots,stems,leaves and flowers of Taraxacum mongolicum were isolated,purified and identified.The contents of organic acids and flavonoids in different tissue parts of Taraxacum mongolicum were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the correlation between the number of culturable endophytic bacteria and the contents of organic acids and flavonoids was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.A total of 22 culturable endophytic bacteria were isolated and purified from Taraxacum mongolicum.The number of endophytic bacteria in roots,stems and leaves were different,and there was a correlation between the contents of bioactive components,organic acids and flavonoids,among which,the content of chlorogenic acid had a significant positive correlation with the number of bacteria(P<0.05).
