摘 要:为了提高三相异步电机控制的精准度,对传统无速度传感器的转速估算控制策略进行改良,研究并设计了以转子磁链定向的基于同步旋转坐标系的MRAS(Model Reference Adaptive System)模型参考自适应无速度传感器异步电机矢量控制的新型控制策略,以转子磁链电流模型作为参考模型,将转子磁链电压模型和转速反馈作为可调模型,运用同步旋转坐标系定子电流和转子磁链的算法理论设计了转子磁链、转速以及位置的估算方法,仿真和实验结果表明,该控制方法具有更准确的估算精度和更快的收敛速度,提高了异步电机矢量控制的估算精度以及鲁棒性。In order to improve the control accuracy of a three-phase asynchronous induction motor and optimize the control strategy of traditional speed sensorless rotational speed estimation,a new strategy for rotor field-oriented control of speed sensorless induction motor based on model reference adaptive system under synchronous rotating reference frame was studied.The improved control model utilized the rotor flux current model as the reference model,the rotor flux voltage model,and the feedback of rotating speed as the controlled model.The model applied the arithmetic theory of motor stator current and rotor flux to design the estimation method for the rotor’s flux,rotational speed,and angle under the synchronous rotating reference frame.After simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the improved control method under the synchronous rotating reference frame has higher estimation accuracy and faster response,which improves the estimation accuracy and robustness of induction motor field-oriented control.
